AOS offers contracts of many different sizes & services. Our contracts have no locked in commitments, leaving you free to modify or cancel any service, any time, if the agreement is on a by-services basis.
AOS also offers Flat Rate annual pricing, allowing you to have a budgeting friendly plan. These plans do tend to run higher than traditional "charge by service" plans, but the last thing we would want to do with Flat Rate pricing, is to raise the price mid-season. We have never raised prices on Flat Rate pricing to any customers during agreement terms.
Trash waste stations are $35 each. Dog waste stations are $100 each, due to the nature of dog waste. Each includes disposal and new bag liners. Dog station include new doggy-bags for resident use as well.
If there is lots of dog waste left on the grass, there may be a cleaning fee for our equipment, so we don't track it on our trailers and other peoples' lawns and walkways.
